Ricoh R5C833 Driver = SXPS 1645 – A02 (Win7 x64) R234107 – Manually installed via device manager – do not use the setup.exe.
Laptop Webcam Driver & Software = M1330 A05 Refresh 3 – 1.0 Release R173082 (Vista x64).
Touchpad Drivers = Dell has released some new drivers for the SXPS 1647 (15.0.18.0, A09) and these include some of the latest features such as spiral scroll and centre button. There is a newer Synaptics/HP driver (15.0.24.0) that can be downloaded from this forum. This enables other features such as multi-touch (bit of a gimmick) and momentum functionality which really enhances touchpad use. If you want both functionality then install the HP drivers.
Ethernet = Broadcom 12.2.2.1 Win7 x64 drivers R240856 is later than Win7 default.
Dell Wi-Fi card (1505 draft-n) = M1330 A17 4.170.25.17 / 4.170.25.12 R174292 (Vista x64) work ok. If you want Win7 x64 drivers then the latest is 5.60.18.8 A30 R242438. These cannot be installed using the setup.exe. Instead, extract the files and install the drivers manually using device manager.
Intel® Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN = The latest 13.1.1.1 Win7 x64 driver can be downloaded from the Intel Website.
Bluetooth = M1330 A00 6.0.1.3100 & FW216 R140135 (Vista x64).
Fingerprint Reader Application = M1330 A00 5.6.2.3705 R186441 (Vista x64). Install this first then the newer drivers.
Fingerprint Reader Driver = Latest driver pack (2.19) from UPEK website.
Geforce 8400M GS Video = Latest recommended Win7 x64 driver pack from nVidia website (257.21).
Creative X-Fi Xtreme Audio Notebook = 1.04.0000 driver pack from Creatives own website.
Dell D400 USB 56k Modem = M1330 A00 DLD1.21 R156778 (Win7 x64) – The only official Win7 driver for the M1330…..I did not bother installing this as have never used the modem lol.
